What is the shipping time?

Because all items are handmade, it is important that everything is properly checked and possibly adjusted before shipping . As a result, shipping may take a little longer. There is a maximum shipping time of 7 days.

Which shipping options are there?

I ship all packages with Postnl, a Dutch shipping company. The packages are always provided with a track & trace. The shipping costs are included in the price of the product. 

How can i return a product ?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it. We kindly ask you to send an email to info@isakronemeijer.com. This must state the reason for the return.

After receiving your package you have 7 days to return the package. As soon as I have received the package, the money will be refunded to your account as soon as possible

If you want to return a package, the shipping costs are for the buyer.

If you return the product, it is important to send the product correctly. The product cannot be taken back in case of any damage caused by the buyer. The product must be returned in a sturdy box to avoid any damage during shipping.

Track & Trace

As soon as I send the package to you I will share the track & trace code with you. This way you can stay up to date on where your order is. If you return a package, it is also very much appreciated to share this track and trace with me. This way I can also stay up to date on the status of the product.

what should I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint, you can always send an email to info@isakronemeijer.com or fill in the form on the site. Hopefully we can come to a good solution together.

how do i take care of my purchased items?

It is recommended to wash the garments by hand. this ensures that the products stay beautiful and last longer. Do not put products in the dryer. Ironing can be done with steam on the cotton setting.
